I ge alot of toads were I live, especailly the little quarter sized ones , there so cute!

I ge alot of toads were I live, especailly the little quarter sized ones , there so cute! Those little ones are delicious! My grandma makes great toad stew. When I'm downstate, I go to where we used to have a clubhouse and capture several dozen of them. You just plop them in boiling water, similiar to what you do with lobsters and add tomato sauce, onions and spices. Probably most people on this board never heard of it but it's a rather common dish in southern Illinois. Well, lgw is I think from rural Ohio so maybe she's had some. |

Yeah, some are poison. Those lil light green ones are some of the most poisonous creatures on Earth I think.
Oh, and btw, I was kidding about toad stew. I'd never eat that!!

LOL I had to get rid of it cause i guess i got paranoid about the toad and making the kids sick . They both got some what sick but i dont know if it from school or the toad?

the french eat frong legs...so they can't be that bad....i wouldnt eat them though...lol doesnt sound too good to me.
