I'm going on Vacation to North Carolina and I'm leaving in like an hour! I kinda forgot to say anything! LOL I'll be back with pictures and stories. Hey, cool! I just noticed I'm member of the month!  I ddin't get a wink of slepp so forgive me for sonding like a jackass! ;D |

i think maybe he means if the person if posting some great posts, or contributing a lot, etc..which the last 2 (norm and spookshow) both do that, so maybe the member of the month just will be whoever is really making an effort to make the site a great place, contributing a lot, etc...doesn't have to a popularity contest just a nice way of recognizing those who really are devoted to the site and really put some thought into posts and such....lol man was that long-winded... |

I'm back!It was really fun! We stayed in a nice beach front hotel and yes, rassilon we did drive. It took about 9 hours. I'll take a quick run through for what we did. When we got there Sunday night we ate at Dirsty Dicks cra house, best seafood ever! There logo is "I got my crabs from Dirty Dicks" lol. Then the next day we went minture golfing, shopping and went to a little civil war battle ground where I found this old bent iron nail, in nearly perfect conditoin. I also found some big rusted iton peices and nails bearbye, so I toook a few. Then Oakacroke island,the place where Blackbeard the pirate was killed. You can only get there by ferry. On the island we went to this badass Blackbeard museum and I bought a bunch of pirate stuff. In the musem part I found out that the nail I got was used for cannon fire...from pirates! So, I think I found some pirate aritfacts. The last day we were there we went to these natural GIANT sand dunes(about 110 feet). They were a bit scary at the edge! And we went on the beach little. BTW we stayed in Kill Devil Hills and Kitty Hawk. I highly reccamend going there for a vacation, I go everyyear and I've yet to be dissapointed. On the way home today we bought a shitload of fire works, I'm talking those mini dynamite sticks( M-80s right?) and bottle rockets, but I got some of the cheap ones too, for the sake of whatching things burn. Tomarow I'll post some pictures of the beach and stuff. ;D
