I'll have to sum that up by saying not the slightest idea in Hell.

I'm not sure myself, but to me, whenever I think of the Occult, I think of Satanism, which I think Wicca is very much different then that, if that made any sense.

Yeah, I see what ya'll mean. I would say yes because it deals with alot of things associated with the occult bt I would say no because it more of a realigion when occult is sort of a thing you do, like usiing a ouijia board and having skull candles and contacting the dead is occult but it's not a realigion. Anyone know what I mean lol ;D

I actually don't really like ouija boards, I mean I gues there ok if you only do it sometimes but the spirits don't like it to much, they do work good though!

well actually occult is a generic term...occult can be used to describe most religions if you get right down to it...there are certain criteria that you meet.
a simple definition that i had learned a few years back...
OCCULT: A set of mostly unrelated divination and/or spiritual practices or activities which appear to tap into forces that have not been explained by science, and which are not conventional practices seen in traditional religions.
now to me...that encompasses most religions... (that statement above could include christians who learn how to pray at a bible study and direct their prayers at God, someone who takes pat in a healing spell of some sort, the act of communion, where the wafer and wine represent the blood and body of Christ, and Wiccans belief in Gods/Goddess and that healing spells...etc)
so occult is just a generic term that has taken on a more evil meaning over the years due to movies and other media. but in all likelihood it actually describes all religions. Occult basically means HIDDEN in latin, which makes since because the mystery of religion and the supernatural aspect of it all is what keeps us all on the topic....but again that is just my opinion. and i have no idea if what i just said makes any sense to anyone else...but it does to me...lol

Doesn't the occult deal with Satanic/Black Magic stuff? I know I was in one once. They drank sheeps blood and sacrificed cats. All the meetings took place in a VERY shaded area under a bridge.
Now you see why I left that damn thing. I couldn't do that crazy shit.

They also conjured up and worshipped demons, somehow.
They worked with the book of Solomon's magick.

I'd like to conjure up demons too as long as they don't turn on me.

Where we use to live Riff said he was out in this wooded area in Fremont Cali. And he saw something and there were doing some sick shit and he didnt know what the hell it was, But come to find out this area is well known for devil worshipping . It was weird cause i dont think i could kill a animal or a human for sacrifice.

I guess a lot of people here don't remember much about the late 70's and early 80's but back then was when so much of this devil worshipping stuff was in the news. Kids would get into this stuff and "sacrifice" a cat or dog to the devil because they thought they it was cool. Dumbasses.
