Maybe Syn Dee also... I used to know someone like this... The only thing to do is to ban the entire IP pool for a time till they go away then release it... It might mean some peeps wont be able to get here but its worth it to get rid of em...
No on second thought its better to set up admin approval for new signups... This means more work but it will be a sure bet on getting rid of the riff raff...
