How moral is it to use a health spell on someone who can't consent? Cause my cousin's aunt in in a coma, and I want to help, but obviously I can't ask her permission . . .

I don't really think is always necassary to ask permisson to do a spell on someone, it doesn't affect the spell in anyway. But if I knew the person was strongly against what I was doing I doubt I would do it.

The morality/ethics angle is interesting though. I suppose it all boils down to one's individual "moral compass".
Whilst, on the face of it, conducting a ritual for the purpose of healing someone would seem to involve no moral disturbance at all, I can well imagine the distress it might cause a deeply religious person - one whose religious view prohibits the use of sorcery/magic/whatever you want to call it.
If they found out that the ritual had been conducted, that is...
I am a Satanist and the philosophy of Satanic (or Left Hand Path, if you prefer) magic is results-oriented. Those of the LHP do not concern themselves with issues such as "white" or "black" magic, much less do we believe in the Three-Fold Law.
This does not mean we perform rituals at a whim, without thought for consequence. Rather, consequence and responsibility are an integral part of the process.
The LHP view is that one should only perform a ritual if one is absolutely certain that the intended result is absolutely right for them, and is absolutely what they want. It is imperative that the witch or magus considers all possible ramifications and consequences of their action and is able to feel entirely at ease with any foreseeable result.
My position, therefore, would be thus: If someone dear to me were suffering and I believed a ritual would ameliorate that suffering, and I was certain that they wished to be relieved of their burden, then I would perform the ritual. Attendant questions of morality arise in determining whether that person would want to know what I had done. If the person would be distressed in any way, being dear to me, I would simply refrain from ever mentioning what had transpired; I would merely congratulate them on their recovery and continue to enjoy them as an important part of my life.

Does it matter on what religion you truly believe in?

In general terms I would say not. It matters to me personally, in that I consider religion - particularly the organised religions - to be significantly harmful to individuals and communities. However, everyone is entitled to their own belief system and as long as their beliefs do not impact negatively upon me then I have no problem.

It will only matter if you don't believe in something but find out later you were wrong.
