Smudging is blessing or spirtual cleaning a person or object. It is mainly done with sage but other things came be used too such as sweet grass,pine or cedar. It's easy to do and reatiivly cheap. It defeats negative energies in an object,room or around a person. Heres what you do:
Take the sage, light the end on fire and,blow it out after it catches. It's much like incense, go around the room you want to cleanse and wave it around. To bless/cleanse a person start by the feet and go to the top, for an object wave thre the smoke.

Same here . But i am not good when it comes to doing things like this ., I am so afraid if i do anything like that it wont work and just make me worse than before . LOL

I think i need it soon , But i have only one store to go to to get the things i need but i have just been feeling really blah lately , Will this cleansing help me with that ?

Yes, it will set free all your negetive vibrations and put you in a state of mind.( a good one) Ypu can also use sage and cedar, sweetgras and many types of sages, there all very nice to work with. |
